5 Medical Checks You Must Do Before Starting the Diet

There are some tests you can pass for that purpose. The results of these tests will show you the condition of your health, whether you are an excess or deficiency of certain nutrients. As such, it can be determined whether or not you can run, pass, change, or even stop your diet.


5 Tests You Need to do before starting diet :

1. Examination of lipid (fat) - Detection of heart disease risk
